Emily and David, my friends from Hawaii, visited me and Tyra in Florence for a week! It was so nice having the whole gang back together.
Tyra and I took Emily and David around Florence. While we were in class, they explored to museums and monuments. We went out for lunch and dinner everyday at a new place! All the places didn't disappoint and were delicious. My favorite dish out of all the meals was the potato ravioli in truffle sauce!
Besides eating a whole lot, I took them to the Gucci Museum. The Gucci Museum was a picturesque place that only cost 5 euros per person. It was absolutely stunning and very well thought out. We spent around 40 minutes at the museum.
We went out to a bar and club Thursday night. We pregamed at the apartment and headed over to Lion's Fountain bar to meet up with some more friends. At Lion's Fountain, Emily and David met our friends that we hang out with every weekend. We then headed to Yab, the club. Once we got into the club, we danced all night long. Finally we left around 3am and headed home. It was so fun finally going out with Emily and David because back in Hawaii we couldn't. It was such a fun night!
Having Emily and David was a little part of Hawaii in Florence. It felt familiar which was so nice. Tyra and I loved having them here and we will see them soon!
