Living Lavish in Malta

I spent my Easter weekend in Malta with Luca, my best friend. We rented a yacht, where we stayed during the weekend.

Malta on Easter was insane. People gathered on the streets to celebrate this holiday. Everyone had a a drink in hand and just chatting away in the town square. Sunday was our first day there. We started our day around noon and in search for food we found our way to a bar. 😂 We drank in the town square with all the other citizens after Sunday mass. It was an experience waking up to a huge celebration and drinking. After we took a little boat ride to the main city, Valleta. We then explored the city, admiring the beautiful architecture and nature.

The next day, Monday, we went to a city called Marsaxlokk. Marsaxlokk is known for their harbor which has many small and colorful boats. We spent a couple hours just eating right on the water. It was so peaceful eating right next to very still water. We then headed back to our yacht and watched the sunset.

Our last day, we enjoyed the luxury of staying on a yacht. We tanned and laid on the yacht until out flight at 6 pm. Malta is an absolute dream: clear crystal blue Mediterranean water.
